Demand excess fare and taken

Dear sir,

I am Chanchal Chatterjee, Son of Dipak Chatterjee, Vill Post- Gangajalghati, Dist- Bankura, Pin -722133.

Today I went Burdwan for tution, when i return Durgapur from Burdwan by chance i got 1.25 p.m local train train because it was late, and my ticket was issued at 1.31 p.m on 22/02. When i got down from train at Durgapur at 2.30 p.m a cheeker caught me and asked me which train did you come, i replied at 1.25 p.m train but he told but in your ticket it is 1.31 p.m, then you must journey in express train, and charged me fine 250 express train extra fare 36= RS 286. and i had no way to proved that i was right. He gave me excess fare ticket.
