I have reservation in UP samparkkranti (2447) having PNR no-2522752770, on 23 may'09.But my wainting list status chart not displayed on Jhansi Station & even CTI my Shivnarayan Sharma not having chart & no other TTE staff available in train. CTI Mr Shivnarayan sharma refused to give complaint book & even my bag having some delegate material throwned outside by CTI with the help of two GRP constable Mr Lokendra Singh & Mr Kalu. That time 139 no & phone SMS service also not responding due to server problem. So i got seat after 2 hour when sms service worked.
