I HAVE BOOKED RAILWAY TICKET THROUGH NG PAY (MOBILE) TO
TRAVEL IN 2 AC ON 10/06.BUT I WAS MADE TO TRAVEL IN 3
AC INSTEAD OF 2 AC BECAUSE 2 AC COACH WAS NOT ATTACHED TO
THE TRAIN.I WAS GIVEN ACCOMODATION IN (3 AC) COACH NO. B1
AND BERTH NO.1 AS THE BERTH NUMBER WAS REALLOCATED IN THE
RESERVATION CHART/RAILWAY RECORDS.ORIGINALLY I WAS BOOKED IN 2AC (COACH NO.A1/BERTH NO.OOO3) WITH PNR NO.2461389567
BUT THE TTE HAS NOT ISSUED ANY CERTIFICATE BUT HE TOLD THE PASSENGERS
THAT HE WILL GIVE MEMO TO THE DESTINATION STATION FOR
PASSENGERS TO CLAIM THE REFUND .
PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT CAN BE DONE AT THIS STAGE WHEN TTE HAS NOT GIVEN ANY CERTIFICATE TO ME.HOW CAN I CLAIM REFUND?
