I booked online Talkal Railway ticket from Ernakulam to Nizamuddin for the journey on 26th jun. I Booked ticket 5 days ago-on the first day of talkal reservation and the first minute. Then I got waiting list 29. I understood that it is very difficult to ger confirmed Talkal ticket becaue its a drama of private booking agent and indian railway. The genuine passengers wont get a confirmed ticket.
I checked the railway website on 26th morning and found that chart is prepared and i am under waiting list 29. The website says the ticket will be automatically canceled and refund money online to the bank account. But after the train is started my status is confirmed and i am wondered... I dont know how to catch a train which left the station!!! So i lost my money...
Its clear that it is the cheap play of railway. they allot the tickets to agents and making money.
