NON RECEIPT OF TICKET

I HAD TO GO TO AMABLA ON 06 JUNE BY JAN SHATABADI (DEHRADUNTO UNA HIMACHAL). I REACHED AT WINDOW NO.62 NEW DELHI RAILWAY STATION AT 2.40 PM. I REQEUSTED THE TICKET ISSUING OFFICER TO ISSUE A TICKET FOR THE ABOVE REFERRED TRAIN. I REGRET TO MENTION THAT HE WAS BUSY IN GOSPING INSTEAD OF ISSUING THE TRAIN. AS A RESULT, I MISSED THE TRAIN AND HAD TO SPENT HUGE MONEY IN REACHING AMBALA. I LODGED A COMPLAINT NO.25 DATED 06 JUNE AT THE NEW DELHI RAILWAY STATION. IT IS ALMOST ONE MONTH, NO ACTION SEEM TO BE TAKEN AGAINST THE DEALING CLERK. A PHOTCOPY OF REQUISITION SLIP AND COMPLAINT NO.25 LODGED AT THE STATION ATTACHED FOR READY REFERENCE.
