I mostly book my rail tickets from irctc whenever

there is network here. Some times I also book from railway

reservation counter from Sahibganj (SBG), under E.Rly, Malda

Division.

On 29.08.09 in evening there was maintenance in irctc

due to which I send my messanger to railway counter at

Sahibganj to book tickets. As you see from under mentioned

records, all the five tickets are for myself, for my wife and

for my daughter in law.

The person sitting in the booking counter denied to book all

tickets in one intance. He advised and insist my messanger

to enter in queue seperately for each set of tickets, due to

which my messanger enter in long queue three times. All this

took much time. I just give you the details of the tickets:-
