Arrogent behavior of ticket booking clerk at bhusaval station

Dear sir,

i have baught a ticket from bsl to mku, i got arrogent treatment by mr sholole (ticket booking clerk).i have asked for suggestion book to mr. thakur but he is refused to give me the book.
