I HAVE TAKEN CONCESSION BUT WHEN T.T ASKED FOR TICKET I HAVE GIVEN HIM TICKET BUT FAILED TO GIVE CONCESSION SLIP SO HE HAS TAKEN EXCESS TICKET FARE FROM ME AND TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD BE REFUNDED WHEN I SHOW THE SLIP TO RESERVATION COUNTER BUT WHEN I ENQUIRED THEY TOLD ONCE TAKEN FINE CAN'T BE REFUNDED.
