Erth in different coach

Hello,

This is P B Bandi. I am 68 years old and my wife 60 years. We had booked ticket on 1601 for 21/01 departure. The train will leave Bangalore to Kolhapur (Rannichannma Express) train number 6589. Ticket is issued Bangalore to Belgaum.

The ticket is issue in such away that one is in Coach S4 and the other S9 which is 5 coach apart.

How can we aged person travel? The reservation counter executive said this is how Indian Railway works, If you want to travel then accept or cancel it or forget it.

Is this how Indian railways work?
