Un-convinient Seat arrangement

Sir,

I generally travel from trains from 15-20 yrs from jodhpur to delhi.

through mandore superfast express 2462-2461. in this train the no. of seats are increased from 8 per cabin to 9seats per cabin the followin problems arise due to this adjustment:-

1. The computer is not yet updated which gives the seats according to 8 seats per cabin. for ex-

i receive seat no.9 LB but when i enter in the train then i had come to know that the seatting arrangment has been changed acc. to new seating arrangment i go SU.

2. The seating space for RAC reservation on SL is decreased. It is due to the adding the middle seat between sid upper and side lower.

3. the space of the SU seats has also been reduced and passengers are unable to seat comfortably.

Please Don't Ignore This Complaint
