Dear Sir,
On 5th January I have booked a ticket from YESVANTPUR JN (YPR) to KOZHIKKODE (CLT) (Date of Journey - 7th January & TRAIN NUMBER: 6527) through www.irctc.co.in. An amount of Rs 248/- is deducted from my account as per the bank statement. But I didn't get the E-TICKET till this time. It is not there in the booked tickets history also. I request you to cancel the ticket and credit the amount into my bank account (SBI A/C No. 30429704699).
