Non availability of mobile charging point

Sir,

We travelled to Haridwar on 17.07.11 and from Haridwar on 25.07.11 by Utkal Express (18477 & 18478) respectively. There was no mobile charging points in any of the sleeper class coaches out of ten, of both the trains. Perhaps, now a days mobile has become a necessity for the persons below poverty line also. Hence, this is quite unfortunate, painful abd shamefull. We therefore, request you to initiate immediate steps with Railway Authority to provide atleast 4 mobile charging point in all the coaches.
