I recently travelled by 2655 Navjivan Express from ADI to Chennai and by 2656 from Chenai to ADI.
In both journeys, the quality of pillows provided for by the contractor was very poor. I wish to know what is the standard size they are supposed to give.
Napkins are never given in most trains.
Most TCs refuse the give complaint books. I have registered one comlaint on the 1st May and will see how the matter is resolved.
