Hi,
Recently, i had a bitter experience with Indian Railways.
I had booked a ticket online via www.irctc.co.in.
On travel date, train was late by more than 8 Hours. Consequently, i did not travel using the ticket and raised a TDR for refund of money. As Per rules, if train is late by more than 3 Hours, then in case of icket not used for travel, 100% money is refundable.
However only 50% money was refunded. No explanation was provided as to why only 50% money is refunded despite repeated requests.
