I want to state that I asked two tickets of TATKAL from New Delhi to Dhanbad in the Sealdah Express on the date of 21-09-09 for the journey date 23-09-09 from the counter where Mrs. Vandana Sharma was issuing it. She gave me 1 ticket but refused to give me another by saying that once we give only 1 ticket. I requested her to give it again & again, but she said for another ticket you will have to come in the queue again. This is the incident when the time was 8:10 AM. Again i had to go in the queue and got the ticket which was in WAITING and for 3 hours i had to stand in the queue even without taking a sip of water. This incident is of Delhi Cantt Railway Reservation Counter. Due to the refusal by the railways it cause a lot of invonvienence to me. This was due to unwillingness of giving Tatkal Ticket to the public done by that particular railway staff. I have faced this kind of problem in delhi only, hence i hope necessary instructions will be issued through ur good office in this regard and also adequate action will be taken by you so that other customers will not have to face the same problem.
