Date 3.11.09 train no. 2402 magadh express. new delhi started announcing that the train has technical faults and would be late by 20 minutes. train started moore than one hour late. if train had faults some other train could be arranged. well from gaziabad it started at 22:40 i.e. more than 2 hours late. it was again and again getting stopped but nobody was taking care of it.
