Poor service

I travel frequently by Humpi link express from Banglore to Parbhani. The bedsheets are clean when I travelling from Banglore to Nanded but the attendant only folds it very carefully at the end station in the night and the same used linen is handed over when the train starts next day morning back to Banglore. I am sure the railways pays for the cleaning its the staff that probably pockets the money. It would help if it's make compulsory to hand over the sheets in brown packets like in other long distance trains.
