Non-delivery of tickets

I have booked two tickets from Secunderabad to Bangalore and back for my mother, Smt Usha on 08-05-08. I am attaching the booking history which contains the PNR number etc. I bring to your notice that I have not received these two tickets so far at the delivery address. I am unable to contact the telephone numbers given like 011-23340000, 011-23345500 etc because they are always busy.
