TDR claim not processed after 8 months

Dear Sir,

I had filed a TDR for PNR 2515531584 on 15 Nov on account of the train being more than 8 hrs delayed. The website shows approval by Admin but doesnot show the refund amount nor the status of payment. After more than 8 months the refund has not been granted. you are requested to look into the matter and urgently process it.
