I Started my journey from Patna to Guwahati by Okha Guwahati Express on 19/07 with my friend Viru Sharma... Ticket No- 39817451 PNR No-8132260536 in 3 Tier A/C coach no- B3 Berth No 28 & 29... I am very sorry to say that we were provided very dirty quality of bed roll which was not washed properly and it was already used before.. The coach attendend mis-behaved with us and said " Okha se ab tak 5 (five) logo se ye berth use kiya hai, mai itne bed roll kaha se lau... Jo hai wahi milega.. lena hai to lo nahi to aase hi pare raho...". He also not given towel and said it was not provided to him so didnot give towel to us.
We asked to give complain book but he refused. After a search of half n hour we didnot find Ticket Inspecter... In the mein time the train reached at Barauni Station and suddenly we find a Ticket Inspecter and asked to lodge a complain regarding this matter. He said it was with Guard of the Train so at last we lodge a complain to guard. I am surprise that it was the First complain lodge by us to the Guard.
Kindly look this matter as a very serious matter and take action againset it.
