Government provide us facilities but some employee of railways don t give us

Hello sir/madam

my name is pranjal pandey .i live in Rampur (u.p) i have a complaint against railways employees our railways station in A grade.here are 3 reservation ticket distribution windows but when we go to purchase ticket only one window open all time can i ask that why they don t open all 3 windows for ticket distribution?
