I was travelling in Rajendar Nagar Rajhdhani (2310) from Delhi to Kanpur on 22.11.09, PNR 226-6630125 (of 3rd A.C) we were 3 persons 2 in 2nd A.C & 1 in 3rd A.C.My birth was in B4 39.The name of the TTE which was in my couch his name was Mr Suman Kumar.i was in 2nd AC after the train started then i shifted to my birth but whern i reached my birth than i saw that 3 persons were sitting on my birth i asked them to leave but was told that TTE has asked them to sit, than i asked the tte & showed my ticket to him as my ticket was issued after chart prepration he told me to ask them to leave.but they didint moved.he told me that they are from CBI & Staff of railway.than i had to speak loud & had to scream on the TTE and had to say that if he didnt get my seat cleared than i will pull the chain and stop the train and i even i said that if i will be on my self than i will get his job off.than he got my seat cleared.after that i just checked the train in that B4 compartment total 8 passengers were of wating list & in that all that passengers were travelling to Patna.in that 3 passengers were even drinking Alcohal near the door.so as i am forwarding my complaint & look in to the matter.my cell number for further detail is as 08081628046.
