The horrible manner in which indian railway treats senior citizens

A senior citizen aged 61yrs. i was supposed to board train no. 5274 (satyagrah express) from HAPUR railway station on my way to NARKATIYAGANJ in the evening of NOV.23. travelling with me were my 62 yrs old husband, 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren (aged 4 and 8 yrs). we had confirmed reservations on ticket nos.42462640 (PNR NO.2527394090; myself and my husband), 42462638 (PNR NO.2465542600; for my daughter and her 2 young kids) and 42462636 (PNR NO.2627246933; for my another daughter and her absentee husband).

the train arrived about 1 hr.late at 8 pm and stopped for just 2 mts. instead of scheduled 5 mts. all entrances to our sleeper coach were blocked by unauthorised travellers. while my younger daughter, her 2 small kids and my husband managed to board somehow, the train started moving. seeing this my husband jumped out of the moving train and injured his leg badly. i ran to the guard and begged to stop the train for just a minute to allow us to board. he just laughed and waived. he shouted and spoke harsh words and refused to stop the train. it was a nightmare as i was stranded at an unfamiliar place in the night with an injured old husband and a daughter while my another daughter with her 2 young kids was travelling alone ticketless as i had all the tickets in my purse.

when i contacted the station master of HAPUR railway station, he refused to give an ear blaming me for the ordeal. luckily the person on the enquiry counter turned out to be most helpful and got us boarded on a train to delhi where we are still waiting at relatives place for reservation for our journey back home.

WILL THE HON BLE RAILWAY MINISTER WHO HERSELF IS A SENSITIVE WOMAN TAKE NOTICE OF WHAT HAPPENED TO A SENIOR CITIZEN COUPLE AND THEIR FAMILY ON THE FATEFUL NIGHT OF 23-11-09 AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AGAINST THE GUARD ON DUTY AND THE STATION MASTER?
