No water in mangala express and dirty latrines

There is no water in almost all the compartments.i had to suffer a lot.there is eves no taps in some latrines.the latrines were all dirty having paid so much for railways it is horrible from your part of not checkimg the bogies.the staff who are concerned should be punished
