Non cooperation from railway

My brother in law Mr. K.N.Radhakrishnan is missed in Guahati-Banglore Express Train on 14/04 in between Vijayawada and Chennai Railway stations. When we went to giving complaint in the stations of Bangalore and Chennai, they are not accepting our complaint and refusing to register. He is a father of 2 girls whose mother is no more
