I am not getting my HOnda Activa at the Bangalore city Railway station

Respected Sir,

I have booked my Honda Activa (UP AJ 7683) from Mugalsarai to Bangalore City on 10th June and they loaded it on 16th June into train number- 2296A and boggy number 95703. Still I didn t receive my Activa and went to railway station for 3 times. Could please look into this issue and let me know how to approach the things. I didn t get perfect information from any one.

Could you please do needful as soon as possible?
