Not picking up the phone by railway station

Dear Sir,

I am the daily communicate from train from sehore railway station. I always used to call to railway station for the current status of train but the phone did not picked up by the railway person the phone ringing and ringing but the result is no answer due to lack of respone by railway authority it s get us bother.
