Dear Sir,

I had filed a TDR for PNR 6141488322 on 08-05 on account of the train being more than 12 hrs delayed. The website shows approval by Admin but doesnot show the refund amount nor the status of payment. After more than 6 months the refund has not been granted. you are requested to look into the matter and urgently process it.
