Sir, a lady had traveled by 2101 Jnaneswari exp. from Mumbai boarding date 07.12.10 and reached Howrah Stn on9.12.10 around 13hours. She was traveling alone in 2AC PNR no8405857403.On reaching exit gate of Howrah stn. one TT Mr. A.Biswas told her she was carrying excess luggage. Her luggage was taken and weighed, it was found to be 60kg.(the weight an AC2 Tire passenger is allowed to carry is: Free Allowence50kg and Marginal Allowence10kg). She protested that in MumbaiLTT stn she had checked the weight of her luggage and she was allowed to carry it without any penalty. Since she was traveling alone Mr A.Biswas went on harassing her and forced her to pay a fine for excess luggage. She left the station harassed and humiliated.
