Mr. Basavraj at Electronic City, Bangalore Karnataka Branch always talks roughy with the customera who came for booking train tickets. He delays un-necessarily to give the ticket also.
He creates an issue and talks arrogantly in Kannada.
He avoid to talk in Hindi/Ejnglish if customer don't understand Kannada. He use abuse language. Only one counter there and he is the one man show there. He takes 20 minutes breaks for Breakfast during 8:00 am to 2:00 pm working hours, even if long queue is there. He ignores request from the people and reply harshly and misbehaves with them, .
I request and appeal to Indian Raliway officer to provide the Behavioural Trainings, Teach common sense and good attitude to such Train Booking counter people staff.
