Account stands debited twice for one ticket

Dear Sir,

I have booked e-ticket for two berths on 14.5.2009 in II AC of train # 7209 for travel on 01.06.2009 from SBC to OGL. The charges are Rs. 1825. But my account stands debited twice by Rs. 1825.

So far till 28.05. this excess debit is not refunded.

Please credit back this double debit of Rs. 1825. I am given only one ticket under PNR # 0114486079.
