Misbehaviour of Ticket Booking staff

Dear, Sir/Ma'am,

The magnitude of this complaint may be very small but it will be helpful for you to cope up with it in the big case. The time is of around 14:45-15:00 hours. I bought a ticket from Jalgaon Railway Station and I was in line when a man standing behind me in the line suddenly went to the window and submitted his Reservation Form to the staff named Mr. Somvanshi. Later I realised that the man behind me had some contact with the railway employee and so his reservation was done before me.

When I reached the counter and had done with my transaction of Rs.372, I paid the railway staff Rs.500 and he demanded for Rs.2 change which I din't had so I handed him a Rs.5 note. He was supposed to pay me Rs.3 back but gave me only 2. I politely asked him that "Is there any miscalculation? ", in reply he asked for my ticket and then said me to fetch Rs.2 if I wanted the ticket.

The whole scene was very funny and infuriating that the person sitting behind the counter for whole day and don't even have a single rupee.
