The consignment EL223035388IN was consigned in Kochi on 5th January and has not arrived in Rome even today (19th January). The tracking system does not work and keeps saying it cannot be tracked. The links to the complaint emails do not function. A series of international calls to Chennai, Kochi, and Mumbai resulted in the information that the parcel containing books and personal DVDs are with Customs at Malpensa but no further information.
I have been forced to get the DVDs sent again by another private courier who guarantees delivery on time.
