I have ordered books order number #031020080368 on the 3rd of October - but not been delivered till date.

I have contacted their customer service several times and get blatant lies saying they will deliver it today this is going on for the past 3-4 days.

The customer service also suggested - I call up Elbee their partners to know the status - What cheeck

Be aware placing orders with India Plaza - your goods will not be delivered - or might have to waste time calling them up
