Non receipt of acknowledgements

Dear Sir,

My Dad had send two registered letters on dated 08/08 at 9.43AM vide receipt number RLAD A 5820 and RLAD A 5821, from Alwal Post Office, but up to now we didn't whether the registered letters delivered or not. If delivered where are our acknowledgements which we have to get them for our proof that we are submitted the documents to the concerned Department.

Pls kindly let us know the status immediately its very urgent.
