Delay in getting confirmation of NSC purchased from other State

I had purchased 03 NSC of value Rs.10, 000.00 each from GPO, Ranchi (Jharkhand) on 29/05.At present I am posted at Jaipur (Rajasthan) wants to encash the NSCs which is going to mature on 29/05. The nearest Post Office for me is Krishna Mandir Post Office, Raja Park, Jaipur. I had applied in Krishnamandir Post Office, Jaipur for taking confirmation from GPO, Ranchi on 17/03.Two months has passed but till date no reply from GPO, Ranchi has been received by Jaipur. I am in need of money for getting admission of my daughter. Kindly do the needful.
