Parcel not Recieved

I did not recieved the parcel sent from Bulgaria.

which was verified there and they said that the parcel was sent to india on 9-6-08 at around 23.35

IT IS THE USUAL PACKAGE SENT THROUGH MAIL OF RUSSIA.

and it is been almost a month. where in i did not recieved the parcel yet

is there any solution for this?

please help me.
