Non Delivery of Speed Post Parcel

Dear Sir,

speed post Parcel # ET240293149IN

I had posted a very important document to my son in Noida by IMS Speed Post on 16th April from sholinganallur, Chennai 600119 to Noida 201301.

I understand the parcel has not been delivered till this morning although 4 days have lapsed.

The whole purpose of sending by speed post is defeated.

I request you kindly deliver the parcel immediately without further delay.

Kindly inform me of the delivery, as on when completed,
