This is kindly inform you that I am unhappy with your Speed Post Service, Always I Send some parcel, documents & Form Etc. through Speed Post Service to bihar, West Bengal delivery time is very late always it takes more than five to seven days. Same parcel if I send through any private courier agency it is delivered with in two to three days.
Kindly checked this matter & improved your service because All Speed post Collection Centre had promised to delivered with in 72 Hours.
