Faulty product not replaced

This is in reference to order 111223251.

I had bought a bluetooth headset from indiatimes on 5th august.

It came with a 1 year warranty.

During the warranty period the device malfunctioned I reported this to inditimes and the asked me to courrier the product to there merchant. I did so, but after 2-3 days the merchant sent the product back saying that it cannot be repaired.

I Again reported this to indiatimes and the said they would refund the amount or replace the product within 6 working days.

Now it has been almost two months and i still havent received a replacement.

Every time i call the customer care they ask me wait another 48 hours.

Please look into the matter.
