Fake prizes

I buyed books of worth 2658 to claim the free gifts of 5000/- worth flight tickets and 4000/- worth hotel and - worth some spl gifts. but they delivered the books and given a fake web address in which we have to login to claim the prizes. its very hard to now that the site is not exixtiing. i want to sue this company as i lost so much money
