Crediting of my account

I am purchaed one mobile of 2998rs.(T.ID-110039958) But after 15 days this order cancelled by him.

(T.ID-re09001737) ok but he will not credit till date of my money to my account.i am calling many times to costemer care but no use.

so please do the needful.
