Incorrect package sent

I had registered for a packge of DVD player, sunglasses and a holiday package worth 3498 and a holiday package worth 3198, but instead i recieved a set of books worth 3198 which i never enrolled for, i tried to call the cstomer call no but nobody picks this number.
