Non-receipt of CDs

Dear sirs

The 6 9 CDs pack offered alongwith free membership of India Today book club for internet order. The CDs were ordered and order confirmation received after payment made by credit card. An order reference (MITBC-WEB-0581303) was received with e-mail address ([email protected]).

Although order processing was to be 2-3 weeks, nothing was received even after five months. Writing to the address given evoked no response. If the materials cannot be sent, the money may be returned.

Please look into the matter.
