India Today/Business Today Magazine
Non receipt of Business Today Magazine for 3 months

Hello

I subscribed for Business Today Magazine from India today online website. I paid for one year subscription online through credit card. This has been 3 months since i subscribed and not a single issue of magazine is received to me. My Subscription Number is BT1587090 . I have sent over 15 emails to customer care, every time they apologize for inconvenience but they have never sent the magazine to me till today.

Please help me to resolve this.
