Non Delivery of goods

Hi,

I recieved a mail from India today shop stating i can get Benetton sunglasses free, i just have to pay for the shipping charges which i did. This was 1 and a half month back. I have recd my package nor India today shop revert back Via Email. No body picks up the phone number they have given. They are looting people openly and some thing must be done abt that.
