It is with serious concern and as an impartial & unbiased feedback intent that we are writing to you as regards a lot of mismanagement and mishandling at your Service Centre.

2. This did not happen once where you could term it as one time exception: it happened twice and the case got repeated in a similar fashion thereby causing harassment to your ‘So Called Valued & Regular Customers’ and also bringing a bad name to your Dhingra Service Centre.

3. Our Vehicle No DL3CAC1438 Indica is regularly getting serviced & repaired from your Service Centre: please refer to your own computerized records.

4. The case regarding the complained happened twice: once on May and the second time now on 02 Aug. Both the times after depositing the vehicle for repairs, as and when we go for its collection back, the vehicle is never ready as per your either stated time and also as per your time once confirmed on telephone from your Supervisor-in- Charge of repairs. We should not be called in case vehicle is not ready and we could well be informed in time so that we do not waste money and time to come to your Service Centre for its collection. This time the Vehicle was supposed to be initially handed over at 1600 Hrs, which later was changed to 1900 Hrs: that also on our taking telephonic confirmation: where as actually the service Centre should have informed us. Even at that time, the Vehicle was not ready and we were told to collect in on 04 Aug. This is really height of inefficiency & carelessness in handling and managing your Customers. The main reason is your lack of coordination and stocking with your Spare Parts Section. Requisite parts for repairs were not there in your stocks reflecting poorly in your inventory management for fast moving spares. The entre day the vehicle was at the workshop and no one attended to it. We were also called to collect the car and on reaching are told the spare part is not available. VERY UN PROFESSIONAL.

5. In the job card we had requested for Wiper motor change and service. They have changed the wiper and done only washing. Is the advisor not supposed to check what the customer has asked for. Washing is also done by the driver’s everyday. Here Dhingra Motors have charged us Rs 199.00 for the same.

6. When the car was given to Dhingra Motors for service on 2 Aug the KMs reading showed 149425 and fuel was less than half. When I called them up on 4th Aug to pick up the car they tell me that there is no fuel, and I need to bring fuel with me. This means the car was used on 3rd aug. Also it could have been used for any crime, etc and then kept back in the garage. This incident has left doubts in my mind that the car left in garages can be misused for a number of odd jobs. I request someone to pls check their records.

7. This also causes financial loss to us, which we would like you to compensate. You could also investigate so as to avoid any more harassment to your Customers.
