I have been facing issues since the purchase of my Indica Vista (Details in the Mail below) from this Dealer Called K.B.Motors, Kolkata. From the 3rd day of the delivery itself I have faced certain issues related to the car.
I am attaching a copy of the mail written to the Branch Head. I am yet to receive any reply to my mail despite repeated verbal requests.
Kindly go through the mail and please try to resolve my problems. I am sure you would understand that with a lot of faith I had purchased a Tata Vehicle despite several other good options in the market today. One bad experience changes it all. Please help.

Dear Mr Jagdeep,
Despite my mail dated Sept 12 followed by several verbal conversations, its unfortunate that I am yet to have some of the issues resolved from your end. You had promised me that all the issues would be resolved before the 25 Sept 09 (i.e. Durga Puja). This has not happened and quite sadly, this wasnt expected from a dealer like K.B.Motors.
Major Issues that still need your attention :
1. On the 3rd day of delivery of the car, I noticed broken glass pieces on the rear door lock and the top inner plastic cover. The car was taken to the showroom for seeking an explanation. I was told that due to a coconut fall (on the car) in the showroom garage, the rear glass had broken to pieces. Whereas, until and unless the car has suffered a huge impact from the rear such as an accident etc, It is almost difficult to break the rear glass which is supposed to be of good strength. Unfortunately, this incident was hidden from us till the time of the delivery. We are still not sure what actually happened to the car before delivery. I am very upset about this incident and seek a logical written explanation along with an assurance regarding the same. Any customer would be upset with such a thing.
2. No PDI certificate was available on initial request. Therefore its difficult to know whether things have been tested & checked properly. A copy of the PDI certificate must be provided along with the Assurance letter confirming the quality of the product delivered along with the Written Explanation for the damage caused to the car (prior to the delivery).
3. Rust marks on the rear door of the car. You have promised that during the 1st service you will have a coat of paint done on the affected areas.
4. Refund of Rs 1200 /- for which accessories were not put into the car.

I am sure you would understand that this could be a very unsatisfying experience for any customer after having gone through all this, within a week of purchase/ delivery of the car, from your showroom.
It is very inconvenient for me to keep calling you on a regular basis without much results. Therefore kindly give me a date by which all the issues mentioned above would be resolved.
Therefore taking cognizance of all these issues, I request you to do the needful at the earliest.
