Efund of railway fare

Dear sir,

i was compelled to travel in 3AC in the Ticket of 2 AC (fare paid Rs.1147/-)from tatanagar to danapur on 26.06.2009 by train no-3287 south bihar exp in tatkal ticket PNR No-632-8943560 reservation ticket no 11665075 as 2AC coach was not attached that day. i obtained certificate from TTE bearing certificate no 033403 dt.26.06.2009 and subsequently applied for refund of fare at tatanagar station on 29.06.2009 at 9.05 hours.susequently i send all the original certificates and ticket to the chief commercial manager (refunds) south eastern rly, kolkata-700 001 by regd post no-5991 dt.30.06.2009.

As told at tatanagar stn the refund amount will be sent within three months. However, sorry to say that i have not received by me till date i.e after lapse of 7 months. it is not expected by the esteemed organisation like indian railways.

i therefore request you to please arrange me to refund the same so that i can trust the dealings of the indian railways.
