Registered Parcel not delivered

Sir,

I had sent a registered parcel to New Jersey, USA, to my relative on 15th October. It is exactly 15 days today and there is no trail of it. I had been assured that it will be delivered within 10-12 days.

The slip given to me reads: fon-AIR-RP B 210B, Counter no.2, OP-Code:4, wt:870g.

Will it be returned to me, if its undelivered?
